Who We Are

2 Cor 5:17-20

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:
19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God

Our Purpose is to worship and serve God, to preach and teach the Word, to celebrate the Lord’s Supper, to spread the Gospel, to share in outreach and benevolence, and to provide for Christian education, training, fellowship, and growth.

This Fellowship consists of professing believers who acknowledge that they are in fellowship with us and the Lord Jesus Christ, and who covenant to be members one of another; and who acknowledge agreement with the Doctrine of the Church.

Doctrine of the Church

We Believe:
1. In one lovingĀ God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, eternally existing in three Persons – The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
2. In redeeming love of Jesus Christ, His deity, virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, and glorious ascension; and in the personal necessity of the new birth by faith in Jesus Christ and His blood atonement for the forgiveness of sins and fellowship with God.
3. In the Person, Deity, ongoing gifts and ministry of the Holy Spirit.
4. The Bible is the Word of God, written by Holy Men as they were moved by the Holy Spirit, and constitutes the standard for personal and corporate Christian Faith and Life.
5. In the Church as the Body and Bride of Jesus Christ, essential to the growth of every believer and necessary to communicate God’s Kingdom and His love on Earth.
6. In the sanctification of the believers to God through indwelling power of the Holy Spirit and in the separation of the believer from all ungodliness.
7. In the person and reality of the devil, and the natural and total depravity of man.
8. In the moral responsibility of the believers, who can willfully backslide, renounce the Christian Faith, and be lost.
9. In the personal, literal, bodily return of Jesus Christ to reign on earth with His Saints and in God’s Judgment of every person.
10. In a water baptism for believers as the normal, visible, expression of the believer’s identification with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
11. In the celebration of the Lord’s Supper for all believers.
12. In public worship empowered by the Holy Spirit, to the glory of God and the edification of believers.
13. In tithing as God’s will for the individual believer and corporate Church body of Christ.
